Like others have said, the only issue is the plastic case!
These are great little crimps let down by the annoying plastic case. Many other reviews have said it and so I’m saying nothing new, but the case does allow them to shift to different sections which is kind of annoying. On delivery they were already well on the way to getting mixed up, so I will probably buy another case to keep them in. I just pop my long nose pliers in to pick them out rather than tip them upside down and make it all worse. So 5 stars to the crimps, 0 stars to the storage choice they use.

Does the job
The ferrules are okay. Not much you can say about them. The case is made of hard acrylic and is quite fragile. If (when) it breaks, you've got 1900 ferrules to sort out! There are no markings on the case to indicate the ferrule sizes so it takes a bit of trial and error to choose the right size.

You need these
If you ever twist the strands of your cables together then you shouldn't. It can cause hotspots, oxidation and fraying.Get the Preciva crimping tool and a set of these and the quality of your installations will improve massively. The only problem with this is, as others have said, the lid doesn't quite close onto the partitions so there's a risk of leakage between one size and the next, which is a PITA. To address this, I've bought a pair of seven-day pill boxes to keep the ferrules separate. If you can keep the box upright however, cross-contamination is minimised.Update: From reading another review, I discovered that the lid of the box has a cut-out that you position above the segment you want, then you can lift out a ferrule with tweezers or a magnetised screwdriver. I had no idea - the box comes with a barcode label over the slot and no instructions. Using the cut-out makes things much easier, as removing the lid is really difficult.

As expected
Good bootlace ferrules. Don’t expect them to stay in correct compartment though they jump into the next one

Recommend with caveats
Just what the doctor ordered. Works great in U.K. plug fitting etc. There are two areas of disappointment. Firstly the cassette containing the ferrules is not marked up with the size of the ferrules which is a pain as the second disappointment is again the cassette as when you “shake” the cassette to get the ferrule you want other ferrules fall around and get mixed up. Maybe it will be best to decant the ferrules either into individual boxes or a reliably sealed container.

Great selection of open bootlace ferrules
I needed to crimp the ends of dozens of multi-strand wires prior to their insertion in long lengths of barrel connectors. In some instances, several wires had to be inserted into the same barrel; if you've tried this before, you'll know that it can be a real pain as individual mini-wires in a cable can separate and not make a good connection or possibly induce short-circuiting with an adjacent barrel.Prior crimping of the exposed ends of the wires with these bootlace ferrules ensured that all the multi-strands in a given wire were held together and insertion of several different crimped wires into the same barrel connector became a pleasure. A great size-selection of ferrules in an easily-transportable, transparent case. 10/10!!
