A very useful tool, compact and well presented
A very useful tool, compact and well presented. I keep it in the garage but my wife sneaks it into the kitchen to finish off her creme brulee's!

Does what it says it will.
Works as expected, little flimsy feeling but holds a stead flame and works as it should. One thing that would make this perfect is self ignition.

if fix lighter is good

Very flimsy connection for Knife
Does work but is very fragile and head connector broke at the first opportunity. Not useful for what I needed it for but probably my fault for thinking that the hot knife would be robust

Never had this type of soldering iron beofre so wasn't sure it would be suitable, but it was brilliant. I needed to do some micro soldering on the power supply to a wireless Logitek G390 head set. 5 pins less than a millimeter apart, each needing a wire attaching. worked a treat. highly recommended.

looks nice but belies poor construction and choice of materials
the iron is constructed of materials that are not fit for purpose, it appears designed to break at the most crucial points very easily, i owned my torch for 3 months, mostly with the long thin point as a wax pen, using it to melt sprues onto wax carvings prior to metal casting. first the plastic collar onto which the torch head is attached broke off causing a gas leak.i managed to dismantle and glue the collar back together and backed it up with some two part epoxy resin. it once again worked fine up until the clip which keeps the gas switch in the on position broke rendering it impossible to keep the unit switched on without slotting a piece of wood behind the switch to keep it up.these are also very difficult to fill and cause a lot of waste gas.i wouldnt buy a go system product ever again.
