I purchased this shower pipe extension & it is leaking. When our plumber installed it he said it looks like that seals are dried out & deformed inside the tube. This is causing the water to be able to leak through. We have also used the sealant tape & it is still leaking. We requested a replacement for the piece we ordered, as we cannot get those items here in Canada.

The shower is beautiful and the seller was very helpful when I realized that the shower was too short. The shower seems to be designed for short people and for anyone over 5 feet tall I recommend ordering this extension when you purchase the shower. Don't wait until you are half way through the installation process. The seller is super helpful and responds very quickly to questions is very helpful with problem solving. They also helped with special parts for this freestanding installation in a tub without uniform faucet holes.

I ordered the shower faucet kit and all looked fine but the original kit would only extend to around 47 inches. My son is 6'5" so we needed additional height. I emailed the supplier directly and received a response within 24 hours. They told me to order another 12" extension from Amazon and they would credit my account for the cost of the extension. I then realized one extension would not be enough so I ordered another one and again the supplier said they would credit my account. We are re-modeling our bathroom so have not yet used the product, but all looks sturdy so far. I have not yet been credited but they have called twice to see if I received the extensions. Will add to this review once shower is in use and money has been credited.

Unacurate información, normally, I will not check dept details on an item, unless I dont understand the title description, this seller's described the item as a shower line extension, who in the world seen a shower, as 3/4" inch? Maybe they're buying else where than a plumbing store, these are not shower extenders, their more like a pipe extenders!!! I hate it!

Bought a kit for my claw foot tub, and didn’t realize that it was a wall mount, so too short for my tub. My plumber looked high and low in local plumbing supplies for an extension, but to no avail. Thankfully I found the extensions on Amazon, and I had them in two days!!! Good quality. Problem solved.
