High quality
Good quality and does the job but personally I had problems bought size large but not much give in the fabric so too uncomfortable and no bigger size available but this should not detract you from buying the right size for you as very well made and comfy.

i needed some new elbow pads for protection for Bboying. these are great for the price and good quality. There a bit bulky but they do the job just fine. recommended.

Good padding but comfy and not bulky to wear.
I bought these to protect my elbows during Defence Lab self defence classes. We often practice escaping from an attacker on the ground or being thrown to the ground and I keep bashing my elbows. These are comfortable, easy to put on/take off, well padded but not bulky. I have already recommended them to a friend who is going to order some. I have worn them a few times now and no signs of wear and tear so At this price I’ll buy them again then they wear out.

On the thinner side
Does the job but padding is on the thinner sides so still need to be careful when using for martial marts as can hurt your partner.

It helps to reduce my elbow pain but poor quality
I spend too much time on the desk and it helps me to reduce my elbow pain while working. On the other hand, the quality is very poor, stitches have come off in two weeks.

Good protection
I live in a mobile home lodge and occasionally have to go under the lodge for maintenance & repairs. The concrete base can be hard on the knew and elbows and these give good protection against scrapes.
