Amarine Made Boat Ladder, 3-Step Under Platform Slide Mount Boat Boarding Ladder, Telescoping, Stainless Steel

Bought this with the goal of making it fit in our Bayliner as the original design is only for a 1-step. The ladder is of good quality steel and the slide/folding mechanism works well so far. I did some modification on my swim platform, cut something underneath, so this ladder can fit flat. Got some metal plates from local depot and used stainless bolts with flare nuts to mount it. Put a rubber mat on top of the platform so as to "cover" the plates and bolt/nuts and prevent unnecessary incident of toes/feet getting hurt. Thought I'd share this and the pics so other boaters might pick up some ideas and enjoy this product. Thanks to this, getting back to the boat from the water is easier now.

I have not mounted this yet. That’s because it comes with zero hardware. And zero instructions. Seems very solid and I like the design. I’ll let you know more after I get done bolts and figure it out

I love this Stainless Steel Ladder. It fit well to my platform on the boat. I bought bolts and mounted it up. We love the idea that it has 3 rungs. Very easy to get up and down. It is better then 1 rung for sure.Its perfection!!!

Great Ladder! Just installed a couple weeks ago. Extends well into water and stows easy. We are using it in fresh water and through bolted it under a teak swim platform. I will probably replace Velcro fastener with a better snap style, but other than that, a great product at a fair price.

The ladder mounting bracket is not deep enough to accommodate the mounting bolts. Once the bracket is mounted, the ladder hits on the nuts when you try to store the ladder or deploy it. I will probably return the ladder.

Excellent quality product. Was a little skeptical about it being the price that it was when other places sold the same style for a great deal more. Very happy. I read that people were having issues with nuts hitting the rail as it slid. I used a stainless flat tee but and a countersunk machine screw to mount it. The tee nut is nearly zero clearance and the rail is not obstructed at all.

Installed April of 2015. Very nice stepp ladder - had to get hardware to install on swim platform. Works perfect. Strap to hold ladder in place seems cheap but is still working and boat stays in water all season

Exactly as described. Fast delivery. Good quality. Price was alot cheaper than in our local boat supply stores for exact same item.

installed it and tested it while boat was still on trailer. I am 240 lbs and it held me easily although it does flex a bit with my weight.Looks good, seems well made. Arrived quickly and as described.

The ladder is very well built. One little drawback is it misses an integrated locking device when not in use instead of the elastic sling provided.
