VoiceJoy RJ45 to USB Adapter for Plantronics CS500,CS510,CS520,CS530,CS540

Packaging was unremarkable, but what is excellent is that I was able to attach the device and use my old CS510 with online meetings. Initially the audio was extremely low, but after changing back to "A" on the base, the earpiece and mic gains could be balanced near the middle of the adjustment dials (analog pots).Thank you again unknown Chinese company that made this simple tool work right. 2 thumbs up.

Works great with my Plantronics CO52 Wireless headset

I was recently transitioned to working remotely & my headset (platronics cs540) is required to be plugged into a phone directly. Our Cisco phone system for remote workers allows us to choose a device that’s connected to the computer and this adapter made that possible! I don’t use the volume buttons on the adapter directly because it controls the computer volume & I can do that from my screen, but for less than $20, this saved my employer/ me from having to buy another headset!

I really wanted to like this. I can hear perfectly fine, however anyone listening cannot understand what is being said as the sound is garbled. It is clear, then breaks up again. It sounds like the digital processor is not adequate. Definitely try something else.

It works great! I get to use my old wireless head set. Quality is super.

I have ordered these before. They are the right part for the Plantronics. I run a call center and used it for the new headphones we received.
