STUK Sticky Stuff Remover 200ML*

What a brilliant product!! So versatile, so easy to use and it smells good as well. I have used it on various items including a large porcelain figurine that had been glued to a wooden plinth but had come unstuck leaving a large thick area of old glue. Admittedly it took a couple of attempts to remove the old glue but it did it in the end leaving a smooth, clean area behind. I have also used it on our green wheelie bin when the old sticker had to be replaced with a new one and in trying to remove it I was left with half of the sticker left on the bin. It was gone after one application of the Sticky Stuff remover. I have even used it on a paperback book cover where the price sticker hadn't come off completely. I was a bit unsure about using it on the book as I thought it might soak into the cover itself and ruin it but no, I was very careful in applying it and it came off no trouble leaving nothing behind!! I always have a can or two left handy around the house just in case........

I am so happy with this stuff. We have recently bought a house and the previous owner had used duct tape to secure a security system to the window (because why drill a hole when you can have the added asthetic of duct tape?) The tape and resedue was all over the window. It was a job I was dreading but the day came it has to be done. I tried meths and spirit, nothing was budging this tape resedue. I needed a specific product, nay, a professional one. Having looked at a few on Amazon I settled on this one and boy, I was not to be disappointed. With this stuff and minimal persuasion I cleaned that window, all the sticky stuff came off, it looks like new. It wasn't even that painful a job in the end. I've also just used it to get some old stickers off a second hand trike. This baby had them sliding off, I used a scraper but I didn't need too. They would have slid off with the softest of tissues. Am buying my second tin now. I don't even have a specific need for it, I just know I want this stuff at hand for when the next sticker rears its ugly face.

You may need a couple of applications to dissolve the glue but it's a big tin and there is plenty. I've never found any table etc I couldn't remove using this. So a little bit on the expensive side but it does work well.

I had terrible glue residue left on my car window after a part failed and I had to support the glass with Gorilla Glue tape. Once I had replaced the part I needed to clean the window. The glue residue was horrible and thick and would just resist any normal cleaning method. This stuff worked amazingly. Didn't damage the glass or the plastic surround which also had residue on it. Worked very quickly. Smells fine, not solventy like I expected. My only tip would be to also buy a little scraper tool as the stuff just glides off with one of those.

The glue I was trying to remove was off a sealant strip around the bath. There was probably too much of it to dissolve but it did make it thinner. Would work fine on normal sticky residue as I also used it on the side of the toilet cistern after taking off an air freshener.

I bought a new loo that was ruined by having a product label hemetically stuck to the front which nothing would remove. Sprayed this on and peeled it off in seconds - brilliant. I used to be a science technician in a school and we used to get really excited about this product because we were forever peeling children's labels of glass beakers. There, I learnt that: the more hazard labels = the more effective the product! This one is Harmful, Flammable, and Dangrous for the Environment, so it contains the big-pants chemicals. Just wash your hands after use or else!!

Had some vinyl floor tiles that I'd stuck over some kitchen vinyl but they were starting to chip so I could remove them but was left with a sticky residue. I bought this to see if it would work and it works brilliantly removing all stickiness really quickly by dissolving it then wipe it off with a cloth. It does leave the floor very shiny and slippy but probably if you wash it down with soap & water this will stop this. Really amazed with this product to remove any sort of stickiness. So good I've ordered another can!
