The only one I buy
This is always a bargain price, and that plus being a known/trusted brand is what keeps me purchasing. It’s unbelievable how expensive pet shampoo can be! I really like the methodology behind using this as well; let’s be honest, it’s bloody hard to wash a cat! If you use this as instructed the process becomes much less painful for everyone. You just some (20ml) in a small container with warm water and lather up with a sponge. I actually put the cat on my wooden ikea bath tray to apply, holding the tray in place across the bath with my body and the cat facing the wall. He doesn’t mind too much when I lather the shampoo on him like this - it needs to be warm though! It’s very easy to get full coverage and then I leave him in the bath for a couple of minutes to work it’s magic. He may shake a bit (like a dog), hence leaving in the bath to avoid mess! I stay with him to make sure he doesn’t lick. Then back on the bath shelve and I hose off with the shower head. This part he doesn’t love, but he tolerates. Holding in that position with his head towards the wall makes it so much easier. Sometimes I keep him in the bath, but the shelf is better as it drains the water off. I put a hair stopper in the plug to catch the hair - there is a LOT. This means I get to see the fleas as well. It shocks me every time that there are so many… I think he gets them outside, he loves to dumpster dive and hunt rats (why he needs to be washed all the time!!) Anyway, it works. Kills fleas, smells lovely and leaves his fur super soft. Wouldn’t buy anything else.

Seems decent
Used this on my cat today - she's been suffering with scabs from flea bites. I've flea treated her twice with Frontline Plus so hoping i'm getting on top of the flea problem but wanted a cat shampoo as she has quite long fur and the scabs were getting stuck in her fur. It was her first ever bath so she wasn't a huge fan but tolerated it. The shampoo lathered up really well and the bottle was bigger than I imagined so good value for money. I actually double bathed her as the first time I didn't get as good a scrub under her fur as I wanted. Lots of the scabs came off and I actually found about 3-4 fleas left that hadn't quite been sorted with the Frontline treatment. The fleas that came off her during washing though were all dead. Overall, a good buy. I was more looking for a shampoo to wash her in to remove the scabs but it seems it was actually killing fleas too which is a bonus!Don't just use the shampoo though - I'd recommend getting flea treatment too. Maybe wash them with the shampoo, then flea treat when fur is dry.

Seems pretty good
We have three Bengals and had/have a flea infestation so decided to go for a multi-pronged approach, including this shampoo. Two of the cats actually quite liked the process, especially the shampooing part. NB the enclosed shower cubicle is a lot easier than the bathtub. One actually purred, possibly in fear of course. The other wasn't keen, but that's in character. After the treatment they were a bit nonplussed but when their fur dried they were all super-happy. The girl had the worst case of fleas and she is clearly delighted to be feeling more comfortable again. We are using a bunch of other measures too but I'll definitely use this again. We have soft, clean and happy cats again. I just wonder if you can also use it on soft furnishings?!

Smelt great
Disappointed as my cat was still scratching like crazy. Few dead fleas in the water. Treated cat with expensive flea treatment the next day. Smells nice though!Good for cleaning pets who like rolling in mud like my cat does. Well priced. No harsh chemicals.

Nice smell and conditioning
Our cats seem to like this shampoo leaving them clean with a lovely coat afterwards and smelling fresh. Lasts a while too for the money

Effective on first use
Used on my two cats today. Fleas were docile and easily removed on combing whilst fur wet. Pleasant smell. Pleased with purchase.

Soft and shiny fur
Everyone knows bathing cats is not east, so I was almost prepared. Almost! . I locked us both in the bathroom so there was no escape for either of us. I had the shampoo mixed in water ready (as per the instructions). And it was like bathing a panther..trying to get away from danger. Oh my word. My skin is in shreds. But it's left my cat with the shiniest of fur...and no fleas after one wash. But as fleas have "cycles" I may do this again in another week or so, along with the spray I have for the house and his usual flea drops from the vets

DO NOT BUY
I used this on my cats & my Male cat bear has BALD patches now. I’m extremely worried & know it’s this shampoo as it’s the ONLY THING THAT HAS CHANGED. I’m absolutely devastated. After reading the good reviews I was excited to relieve them of fleas. Now he’s itchier than ever. I’m so upset.
