This has the same ingredient and dosage as regular ZzzQuil, though the full dosage in the Welly Remedy is in 1 pill, instead of the two ZzzQuils.I typically have a hard time getting to sleep, my body just doesn't want to go to sleep a lot of the time. I started taking 1 Welly Remedy Sleep Champ about an hour before bed and it really does help me get to sleep. It is not habit forming, as I can still get to sleep without using it, but it does help persuade your body to relax and settle down for a good night sleep. After 7-8 hours of sleep, I do feel well rested.If you have trouble getting to sleep, I do recommend trying Sleep Champ.

Dipenhydramine is the generic name for Benadryl and this works the same but the effect is to keep you calm and help you sleep.Very easy to swallow and the gel cap size is as indicated on the cover. I sleep well most nights and only take this when needed as I don't want to depend on medication. Price is reasonable for 60 capsules.

These really work! WOW! They did cause us both to have some slight constipation tho. These are quite expensive compared to other Diphenhydramine HCl 50mg sleep aids available so I'm not sure I would buy these again, but they for sure work!
