FlapJacked Cookie and Baking Mix Double Chocolate

I was really looking forward to getting this in the mail. When it finally came, I saw the package, realized what I paid for it, I was immediately let down. The package was very small, when I did make said protein cookies, it made about 12. They were more like pancake cookies. The flavor was good, however I wasn't impressed with the price.

First, I don't recommend you do the low-fat option (i.e. use real eggs instead of egg whites). Either way, it's extremely "eh", and extremely expensive. It's only 9 oz...that's super small. Paying this much for a single packet of cookie mix that's mediocre and quite frankly not super satisfying seems silly. It's super easy to make your own protein cookie mix at home with similar macro ranges. Doesn't seem worth it, but not terrible product. Overall just think it's too mediocre in flavor/texture/macros for the price.

These cookies are great!!!

These tasted just like the double chocolate mighty muffin. They were delicious, but i was disappointed that they werent "cookie" consistency.

Fun to try. Smaller than expected.
