Compeed Foot Cream For Compeed Dry and Cracked Skin 75ml-PACK OF 3

This cream is really good. I have started to use it on my fingers as with all this handwashing I suffer from finger cracks. Compeed used to produce gel plasters for finger cracks but it is no longer available (why Compeed please?), so this has had to take its place, although it is not a replacement. No need to add that this is great for feet too. Highly recommend.

As a sufferer of extremely dry feet and endless open cracking of soles, I have done the loop of trying most foot balms/creams. I have settled on Compeed overnight cream as a daily and night cream based on effectiveness and cost in bulk buy. In use: I aggressively rub down the soles of my feet with P80 grit sand paper every 2-3 days prior to showering. I then apply Compeed and walk around in flip flops for 1/2 hour to ensure good absorption. Then it’s on with socks/shoes and of to work. In the evenings I put on flip flops and reapply cream to feet an hour before bed. With this daily routine, I have no more cracked feet. A little bit of body maintenance, a pair of happy feet.

I have really struggled with cracked heals for the past few years and have tried so many creams and remedies.Compeed really does work if you are dilligent and apply it twice a day without skipping a dayI still use my micropedi once a week though. In conjunction the two products keep my feet in an acceptable state.
