Great product, no longer affordable.
I have used this product for over 10 years, but sadly it’s so expensive now it’s become unaffordable for most budgets.It leaves people no choice to choose the chemical ridden unethical products.

Keeps the oxters smelling fresh
Bit pricey but keeps the BO at bay and stops me sweating. Doesn’t leave marks on clothes either.

Pretty decent, paraben-free deodorant
Eliminates body odour and smells pretty good, too! Only downside is that it can leave a bit of a residue which you need to wash off and it is expensive, but worth it if you want an effective deodorant that doesn't contain parabens etc.

Stained my skin
I mean it works well so I loved it at first but then noticed it was leaving dark stains on my armpits, maybe because I have sensitive skin . No other deoderant has done that to my skin before, the stains only started fading about a month or two after I stopped using this product.

Sometimes it's the little things in life that make all the difference, isn't it? Fed up of looking for deodorant sticks that either didn't cost the earth or smell nasty and chemically, I thought I'd try Amazon. And there we have it - a range of relatively natural products that don't have aluminium compounds to stop up your pores. I thought I would try 'Maine Woodspice' and see what it was like. It's actually very good (IMHO). It goes on like any other stick deodorant, maybe a bit softer than some, but doesn't smell overpowering even when it reaches body temperature. But it does its job for the day and doesn't give you away and that's all we can hope for, isn't it? No irritation and no irritating marks and stains on clothing either. I will definitely buy again but I'm biding my time as the price seems to fluctuate a lot(!)

For me, the best of the non antiperspirants
This is the best 'healthy' non anti - antiperspirant I have found. They have stopped selling it in health shops in the UK for some reason, so I am so grateful to still be able to buy it here on Amazon! When they stopped selling it, I tired the whole range of other health store options and they were just useless for me compared to this! I know others people do find the others work.There are various scents in the Toms of Maine deodorants and it is worth buying the long lasting ones which do last long and are more effective at stopping you smelling I think.The only time I would use a normal antiperspirant would be for a wedding or very important event as after a few hours if you are quite stressful you can start to small slightly but from day to day it's fine (even for my husband who has more smelly sweat than me!)

Good enough but expensive
£9 is very expensive. It's natural, so that's good. Smells ok, a bit old-school but not my favourite fragrance. Not very effective as a deodorant and does not prevent yellow sweat stains under pits on my white t-shirts. Switched to an alum block type deodorant and haven't used any other deodorant since.
