So far so good. Both ovens heat up fast and evenly. The 'part' grill is ideal for my lunch a pitta or couple of mini naans. It looks very good and matches the other black items in my kitchen very well even though they are all from different manufacturers. I love its simple unfussy appearance. My only quibbles are the rather quiet alarm and no handle for the grill pan. I have solved this by keeping the smaller grill pan and handle from my old cooker for the part grill option.Update - Having now used the oven for a while I am generally very pleased. It heats up quickly cooks evenly and is very quiet when running. My old oven was much noisier and had a hot spotsMy only complaint is the removable door glass panels. Yes you can clean them but I would have preferred a sealed glass door where there is just a front and back to clean, not a front and a back of both the fixed outer panel and the removable inner panel. It is a stupid design making more work. It is so annoying I have removed a star.

The service from start to finish was brilliant including CS response to my phone call. Had the cooker a good few month's now and we are happy with it.

Purchase, Delivery, Installation, Operation all went well, A minor issue was resolved quickly and efficiently by repair visit from a very focused engineer, who explained to me everything he was doing to rectify the fault as he went along. A satisfactory purchase.
