Exactly what I've been looking for

I’ve been taking these and they have helped with my sleep. They are big tablets, this did make me anxious as I’m Not great swallowing pills. These arefairly easy to swallow - so dont let that put you off. I don’t take four - only two.

I bought these after my son recommended them to help me sleep without awakening early due to menopause. Was a little worried that 4 would be too much but I sleep so well and feel so much better the next day.

I generally like Reflex as a brand, so many zma products went up in price but this has stayed consistent. When you take a lot of zinc it’s also good to balance your copper- this has copper included! Been taking this before bed for ages, got it on subscribe and save! Recommend it.

The product quality is really good but I give it three stars as you have to take four tabs in order to match the potency mentioned on the label, initially I thought it was only one tab so when ordered I looked at the label and realized four tabs which you have to consume in one go in order to match the potency mentioned on the label so this turns out to be expensive.

Have used a mixture of maximuscle, bulk and myprotien ZMA for years, switched to this cheaper brand and immediately the standard of sleep has dropped. I've slept straight thru 6 hours ish for years, started using g these tablets and now I wake up 2 or 3 runes in 6 hours. Buy more expensive ones that work
