Doesn't appear to do anything
I bought this for dark, melasma like spots on the face. Unfortunately after 6 weeks of twice daily use it hasn't had any discernable effect in lightening the spots, even though this appears to be what it is designed to do. I also can't find anything independent online about its "magic" active ingredient Ephelidin so there's no way of knowing what this actually is.The product appears inoffensive and for all I know it might have other benefits, but unfortunately not the one it was bought for.

Drula decolourant the wax on the lightening agent Ephelidin is very fine and very effectively helps lightening dark discolourations. For external use only on the skin, it is cleaned with preferably Drula complexion wax, Drula money washing application soap in the morning and evening the affected friction on parts. Drula exfoliating cleansing gel with lightening once or twice a week. to avoid the use of soleil-sun block DRULA redarkening protects the skin.

Test on a small area first, avoid contact with eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
