Difficult to get a perfect circle.
I need to cut very thin paper and this does not do that. seems to miss a small area which means you have to tear it. I did find it worked better by using a piece of printer paper as a base but then you have the pain of separating the bits you do not want. I did have trouble finding a cutter of this size so will keep it and make do.
