L'Oréal ProfessionnelMythic Oil Shampoo, Adds Softness and Shine, Enriched with Argan Oil, For Thick Hair, 250 ml

After a disastrous salon recolouring experience 18 months ago, my long thick hair turned into straw, and broke all the time. My normal hairdresser suggested to cut of over 10" as it would take years to get it back to shape. I couldn't bring myself to do that so I persevered with a slightly shorter haircut and tonnes of conditioning masks/no shampooing for a couple of months/cold hairdryers/no straighteners etc to keep moisture in. She suggested I try the Mythic Oil Hair Mask for thick hair as a deep conditioning treatment. This really helped and my hair improved gradually and the straw and breakages were cut out, but 18 months later it still looked awful, had dry frizzy ends and generally lacked any shine despite constant use of the mask. I have tried nearly all the top makes of shampoos and conditioners in 18 months but nothing hit the spot. Then one day three weeks ago I decided to try the Mythic Oil shampoo...….it produced a lovely amount of lather unlike many others, smelt gorgeous, and when I dried my hair on the usual luke warm setting, I couldn't believe the difference. My hair had shine for the first time in 18 months. If felt light and generally wonderful. Having used it for three weeks now I cannot praise it enough. I have had lots of comments from everyone on how shiny and lovely my hair looks these days, and my usual hairdresser asked yesterday what I had done as she said my hair was absolutely amazing. I wished I had tried this 18 months ago!! Either way, I now will only use the Mythic Oil shampoo, the Mythic Oil conditioner and the Mythic Oil hair mask and have thrown out all other bottles from the cupboards. I really can't rate it any lower than 12/10.

Recommended to purchase as hair very dry . After a few washes now feels silky and soft . Has a lovely delicate scent. Only need a small amount so a bottle lasts for a long time.Best shampoo I have ever used and will continue use !!

I have been using head and shoulders for the past 10 years of my life and this feels so much nicer. My girlfriend has also switched to using this too and she has probably used every shampoo on the market

Using this, the conditioner and serum together and my hair’s the shiniest it’s ever been. I think it irritates my scalp a bit as I seem to have some dandruff now. Maybe best used on the lengths of hair instead of scalp?

Very good product leaves hair soft and detangled resonable price for what it offers!

Got this for my wife who use to use the L'oreal argan oil shampoo which seems to have been discontinued and she was very impressed.She said even after a couple washes she noticed a difference to the shine and softness of her hair. She said she would recommend this for people with thick hair :)5/5

Somewhat expensive - but authentic - and full of the most amazing and unique fragrance I recognise of old with this shampoo. It also achieves wonderful results with my strong-willed, hair. Highly recommended!
