does every screw head has the same power (all + or all -)?

The two terminals on the strip of metal across from each other, simply provide a connection point on each side to join two conductors together. If you want all of them to be the same, you have to join each pair together with the wire down one sad

What tool do I need to crimp the lugs to 18 awg solid wire?

There's all types you can use. i use the "TITAN 11477 Ratcheting Wire Terminal Crimper Tool for Insulated Terminals, Fixed Jaw Crimper. They have them on Amazon. I also use Klein Tools 2005N Wire Cutter, Stripper, Crimper Tool, Strips 10-18 AWG Stranded, Crimps 10-22 AWG Terminals, with Shear Cutter. I even do a combination of both. Both products are on Amazon
