Really good support for the lower back. Comfortable too even under clothing. Really recommended

Bought this as I was at the end of my tether with a back pain which lasted about 4/5 months. You have the inner big belt (blue/black part) which Velcro's open and closed, then you have the extra (stripy) elastic outer part which also Velcro's open and closed. I used this over my clothes. Aside from giving me an amazing shape (which is not what I bought it for but hey, it gave me some nice waistline hourglass figure, especially when pulled really tight by my friend as it's hard to pull it very tight by yourself) this belt, when pulled tight really helped my back. It kept me straight/upright while sitting, standing and walking, I wore it to work, I wore it to bed, my back was so painful. It gave me great relief when it was pulled tight. I would have liked it to have been wider as some of my pain was mainly in my lower back and I felt this didn't always hit the right spot of pain. It did help a lot on some days when I could barely walk properly in the morning but still had to go to work. Eventually my back pain went away, whether this helped to do that is unknown but it definitely provided me with some much needed support. You can pull it tight-ish yourself but get a friend to pull it as tight as is comfortable for you, that is when you will really feel the benefit. Also the belt is robust, didn't tear at all and I used it all the time pulling it tight.

Makes you bend with ease very comfortably when you have a sore back

It was so quick delivery very and the quality is I thought it may be. All pain on my back in 4 days off using it I feel very good

I found the product small fitting and immediately ordered another one in a larger size when I realised it was too small. I would like to return the first one as I have the replacement now and it is fine. How do I do this.
