I purchased this post show to fit a new post onto a concrete base.I fitted it with a threaded bar, inset into resin, but had to angle grind the edge show for the nut (in one hole only) to fit. It was a minor alteration, but delighted with the final result. It was also a very good price.I would definitely purchase this again for other fence posts, as and when needed.

I bought 4 of these to fix down 4 x 6ft Fence Posts with dimensions of 75mm x 75mm. These were a great buy as add on items at only £3.95 each, or thereabouts. As you can see from my initial photo, they arrived well packaged in bubble-wrap. The fixing posts still have to be screwed into the concrete slabs, but that's not the nightmare that a lot of folk think it is. I will probably use an 8mm masonry drill bit just to start the holes, by drilling diagonally opposite in groups of 2, then use masonry fixing bolts which are designed to not stress the concrete, so won't crack the slabs. Although I chose free shipping, as a non-Prime customer, the whole order was FBA and arrived within 48 hours. 5* to Amazon for that. I will post more pictures as I build the fence but the project is temporarily on hold due to the excessive rain we're having. Hope this info helps.Update 11/09/2019: I've posted a picture of work in progress with the fixing brackets and of the finished fence. We had really wet and windy weather last night and I am pleased to report that the fence didn't budge! :)

Straight forward, easy to use. Make sure you have the right size bolt to fit down into good condition concrete and you are good to go.

I have these amd my daughter wanted them for her dad make her a shelter for the hot tub she loves it always buy these then you digging and covering post with concrete as where the wood will rot in these wood wouldn't rot as quickly
