Brilliant knife...
I purchased this knife and received it the next morning. I took it out to test it on a pear. It went through it so easily and with great control. Very accurate slices, extremely thin, and so much control with this knife. It is extremely sharp so extra care will need to be taken. It is lightweight, and made out of great quality steel. It is the perfect size to slice and dice, and especially the more finer work. I will be purchasing another 2 of these and a few more for present at Christmas. If I was to get a present like this I would be well happy. As it is such a useful tool that makes the work so much easier. 100% recommended.

Victorinox - the best, but at an affordable price
Victorinox knives are probably the most underrated and best value knives on the market - simply because their low price makes people think they're no good.Very, very far from the truth, of course - these are amongst the best knives you can buy, and this one is no exception. Just the right size for most day-to-day cooking purposes, sharp as a razor, handles beautifully, but all at an affordable price.Forget the 'big brand' names, where you're paying for the advertising hype rather than the knives. Chefs buy these, and for a reason. Superb quality, superb functionality - and a great price.

Great budget knife that has replaced my more expensive blades in the kitchen
Great budget knife.Very sharp, easy to sharpen, a good length for small jobs and large enough to cope equally well with big work. Thankfully there's plenty of clearance for the fingers for decent chopping techniques.A big plus is the texture of the handle; it's grippy so even work with greasy / oily hands is a relatively secure grip.I bought this as a cheapish but good quality knife to take to University, to avoid my expensive knives being damaged by housemates. It's now my go to knife at home too

Unbeatable Victorinox Quality & Value
Victorinox blades are legendary, and you cannot get a better quality knife in this price range. The 15cm chef's knife is so versatile; nicely balanced and incredibly sharp it will cope with a variety of tasks from chopping veg to slicing a roast chicken. It may not have the high price tag of a Henckels or Global chef's knife, but this is a sensibly priced, functional and razor sharp blade that will give you many years service if cared for properly. Highly reccomended!

Overall a good quality knife
Nice everyday kitchen knife from a well known Swiss knife maker. Works well and stay sharp. Easy to clean.

Cannot fault this knife
I have bought 2 of these so far and they are my favourite knives. I wouldn't recommend putting them in the dishwasher, same as any other decent knife, as it blunts them, but I LOVE these and use them for pretty much everything except eating with them.

Sharp - really sharp
In my opinion (and that of my husband who is a master butcher) these are the sharpest knives on the market, the best value for money and the best for every job around the house. Such lovely sharp knives, its a true saying that a blunt knife in the kitchen can cause many accidents but with these Victorinox knives you never have that problem, they sharpen easily with a couple of strokes down a steel and stay sharp for a long time.
