Amazing science sets
Oh what can I say? Amazing science sets. We bought the books too by galt as my grandaughter is totally fascinated with science and of making slime and gunge etc so these kits are really worth the money. Takes me back to my school days of bunsen burners etc!

Not great value for money
Contains:1 runny, glow in the dark slime pot with a flimsy plastic mould to make a glow worm to which you can add googlie eyes.1 thicker slime in a 'fart pot' to make funny noises when the air gets in1 pot with a packet of powder to which you add cold water to make a purple slime. The kids were disappointed that glow worm doesn't set and you're just supposed to add the eyes to the mould then pour it back into the pot once finished. You need the flip the mould upside-down to put the worm the right way out but the slime is so runny that it just leaks out of the bottom. We followed the instructions on the DIY slime and mixed well but the slime didn't set and remained a watery consistency. We left it overnight (although it claims to set within 5 minutes) and in the morning a slime had set but it was quite a lot thicker than the others and not much fun to play with.At least the older kids enjoyed reading the instructions which, in typical Horrible Science/Horrible History style, contain plenty of gross facts to make the kids laugh and educate them without them even realising they're learning.

Slimey slime slime
Bought as a gift, Apparently it made loads of slime and the child's parent now hates me for it. I'd call that a win.

Grandson very disappointed with this
Grandson very disappointed with this. We made the work but could not get it to glow which was the total point for him. Fart pot enjoyed as you would expect but for the money, no sorry not worth it because Asda sells fart pots for a lot less than this.
