Hi, Can I use it on the neck (side and back)?

You can set this machine up to any part of your body, as my Wife has Neck and Arms problems, which helps her while waiting for her next operation.

Can one customize the EMS programme? For example, a 10sec maximal contraction followed by 50sec rest, repeated 10 times?

Can you use this machine without the timer? I am looking to replace my tens which is on continiously

No, It is on timer only but believe. It's for good length of time.. For safety reasons it should be on a timer.
