Yo, Naomi Leon (Spanish Edition)

My daughter and I enjoyed the English versions so much that with the content area, I have wanted to order the Spanish to see if I could use them in my level III class.I'm hoping to use them for my class in the future over the whole year.My daughter and I have read the Spanish ones out loud slowly and have enjoyed picking up new phrases. I went ahead and enjoyed just absorbing and thinking in Spanish as I read them. We also have enjoyed Esperanza Renace and I just finished El Soñador having not read it in English. The writing, character development and storylines in all three books are incredibly meaningful, rich and engaging. It is wonderful to have these books in Spanish, so rich and such an opportunity for many ages and levels!

A great story and so nice to be able to read it in our second language. An enjoyable way to practice your second language.

I set up a kid's 'little free library' during the pandemic when all the kids were doing virtual learning. One of the local kids asked for books in Spanish & I realized my neighborhood had a hispanic community that would benefit from this. So glad I could order these through amazon

Very good book for kids, it’s important for me that my son talks and writes Spanish and this book wasn’t hard to read and kept him interested.

This book is excellent reading for a classroom full of rambunctious, yet brilliant fourth graders. My students are all invested in Naomi and Owen, their great grandmother, Fabiola and Bernardo, Blanca, Mr. Marble and everyone we've met so far.

Yo Naomi Leon is a wonderful well written story. Spanish being my first language I bough this book for my daughter who speaks Spanish well, but needs to reinforce her reading skills. She was delighted with the book, there are some long words that were a challenge for her, but over all it is a really good book.
