The media could not be loaded.  This time, everything went well, and the foam turned out beautifully. It can be a little picky, but I haven't used it often enough to determine whether or not it works reliably most of the time. I really enjoy how it's been designed. It has a really pleasing appearance. It towers above the rest of mine in height. It works well. I found that having it on high was too much, so I turned it down to medium. Be mindful of how much soap you put in there since when combined with the water, it actually doesn't need that much. It might possibly need a bit less than what they claim it does, so begin with a little amount. Dish cleaning has never been easier, and a single bottle of dish liquid goes a long way these days.

This is the 2nd soap pump of this design, different seller and colors. Same thing. DOES NOT WORK!How has it 4.5 stars???I left it plugged in 36 hours and the red light stayed on, never went off showing it was charged like it should. Not good.I decided to try it anyway and - crickets. Nothing. Never even worked.WASTE OF TIME!When I emptied it in order to return it, I noticed in my hands, totally empty, it started to pump. With hope I water down the soap to be super thin like water just to see if that worked. No. I give up!!I know sensor soap pumps are notoriously flawed, guess I had good luck with simple human pumps. I wanted to find one with a usb charger vs batteries in the same price range. A futile pursuit. I’ve tried 3 different pumps on amazon so far, each was useless.Will try the $60 simple human usb pump.

Motion detection has been excellent, and the soap output is very consistent. I've already bought a second one and plan on buying more to be the primary soap dispenser through my whole house. The soap container is easy to remove for refilling and the outer green comes off of the soap container for easy cleaning. Reattaching the upper and bottom components is a simple twist, and the suction mechanism is nice and flexible so there is no bunching like I've seen with other dispensers. Overall, I've really liked this one.The only disadvantage I see is the easy way to turn it off. Why is this a disadvantage? Because company to the house doesn't realize its motion detection so they press what looks like a dispense button, which turns it off.I haven't played with the oil reservoir at all because I had no need for it, so I'll leave that to other reviewers.

After about 3 weeks the foam is no longer dense it basically comes out as it went in as a liquid. Any suggestions for what happened? Just passed my 30 day return window unfortunately. Would like to get it to work really like it other than this recent issue.
