Great product, the meat press is sturdy, well made, and easy to use...There's no directions (but it's pretty self explanatory) There are several YouTube videos that will also help.This meat press is great for creating my own cold cuts, items that are not available at my local grocery stores, and will be awesome creating unique charcuterie items.

This device does a fantastic job of making lunch meat. Even tinkered around with some ideas using known sausage recipes like bratwurst. Make sausage as normal, pack and use in device. cool and slice thick to brown in pan and use for sandwiches. Loving this tool. opens a few new doors culinary wise

If you’re using aluminum foil for your seitan, and you are going to be slicing it up Tofurkey-style anyway, get this thing. So much easier and lower risk than wrapping in aluminum foil, and you get a phenomenal texture. I ordered this a while ago and can’t believe I waited so long to actually try it. I used Gentle Chef’s deli ham recipe and it was absolutely perfect baked in this, and came out of the container fairly easily after cooling. I didn’t bother with the coloring bath in that recipe, I didn’t feel it was needed.
