Poor quality and damaged.
I threw away the packaging and I cannot return it, but the product looked used, plastic cracked and very poor quality. It is a cheap item however I did not expect a dirty, broken product.

Some parts/tools not included
The slicing cutter head & transparent cone were not included in my purchase. It should be mentioned. How can i purchase those?

Absolutely useless
Despite charging for 8 hours the power is very weak. Does not chop anything. Not even chillies. Not sure if something is wrong with my product but highly disappointed. Waste of money. Need a refund please.

Affordable and super easy to use
As I was looking to purchase a chopper since my last one stopped working. This chopper is compact and lightweight and super easy to use. It chopped ingredients were fine and evenly cut. The provided battery runs long in single charge. The chopper is easy to clean too. Its affordable and easy to use.

Blades are not good
I bought the chopper but it is not chopping the onions or any other things...Poor quality... will not recommend to buy ...
