Not a 3 way switch, annoying sticker, short wires.
So I bought this because it is advertised as being capable for multi-way switch use, but it does not have a traveler wire, so it can not be used as a replacement for a traditional 3 way switch, which is frustrating. That being said, I installed the switches in place of two standard switches I had, and they work pretty well. That being said- the wires are really not long enough, by just a little. If they were like an inch longer, they would be a lot more convenient, but- by far the most annoying and absolutely asinine thing, as other reviewers have pointed out, is the stupid freaking sticker placed over the back of the switches for packaging. It is one of those terrible stickers that doesn't come off clean, and it needs to - as it covers the vents on both sides of the switch housing and is all over the wires.Once you deal with the headaches, they work well, but know that this is not a perfect product, and it is misleadingly advertised.

Update: Great service when something goes wrong.
Three of the four switches have worked well for the year that we ha e had them installed. The fourth switch stopped working after only a couple of months. It still connects to the wifi and still shows in the app as "on" and "off" but it doesn't make that distinct click when toggling on and off and the light never comes on. I have double and triple-checked the wiring and the issue is clearly with the switch itself. Not a bad product, but a 25% failure rate is unacceptable.Update: After my initial review, MoesGo reached out to me and sent me a replacement switch for the one that failed. I appreciate their prompt reply and willingness to stand by their product. Ideally, the switch wouldn't have failed in the first place, but I am glad they did everything they could to make it right.

It's not the best but I'm not willing to spend more
I wouldn't buy it if your house is worth $2 million dollars but it's all right for the price. The screws for the faceplate, the part that's visible, have very cheap paint because as you're screwing it in it completely chips off so it looks really bad. I don't know if I need to go by new screws or just suck it up. The faceplate was smaller than the original faceplate so I had to paint the wall again. Getting the four gang switches to fit back in the box was difficult due to the additional wires and connectors. As far as the smartness of it it's pretty good and it's pretty quick. However frequently mine shows a red light for some reason but I'm not really sure what that means and there's no way to get rid of it.

Tech Support
I own 4 other MOEN smart switches so I know how to connect them to the SmartLife app. When I tried to install this switch via bluetooth on two separate smart phones, it failed to connect. I tried to contact their tech support. The only way to contact them is via Email. Their tech support consists of repeating the installation instructions. After providing detailed them with detailed steps I took to install the switch 3 times they only repeated the instructions. I requested they replace the switch on the 4th email and I have yet to receive a reply.

Great product; I've bought more since this one.
I was initially skeptical of this product, since it is SO much cheaper than those available at my local hardware stores. After buying and installing this one, however, I've bought the "three gang" model and am about to order several more.First, the build quality is great. It looks like a much more expensive switch and I was not at all worried about breaking it during the install.Second, the install itself was a piece of cake. If you've ever swapped out a standard light switch or receptacle, the process is exactly the same. It comes with all the wire nuts you will need for the process and a reasonably clear set of instructions. It does require a neutral wire, which most homes of relatively recent vintage support (my house was built in the early 80s, and it had a neutral wire). If you are not sure if you have a neutral wire, just look behind your current switch for a white wire (or wires, if you're working with a 2, 3 or 4 gang) that may or may not be connected to your existing, traditional switch (mine weren't.) If you see one, you are probably good to go.Third, Google Home integration was totally seamless. The switch popped right up in the app and works flawlessly from there. This is, in sum, a great product and I will continue to buy more of them. Highly recommended!
