The media could not be loaded. This cooler has been very effective and helpful for assisting me stay relaxed in my garage. It currently has no insulation and so it can easily reach temperatures of over 90° with all the heat being absorbed through the roof and the cement walls. With this, however, I can have a steady stream of cool air going on me as I work. It even has an oscillation mode which helps distribute the cool air over a vast area instead of focusing just on me. It runs impressively quiet for what it can do. There is a hum at the highest speed but it is to be expected with any fan. You can add cold water and ice packs as well to kind of supercharge your Cooling experience. The wheels on the bottom simply snap in and allow you to move this around and adjust the angles that is blowing the air with little effort. The overall unit is extremely light, and though it takes up a good amount of space as it is you can still use top of the unit to store a drink or two, some books, some pens or markers, Etc so it is not just taking up space without being useful as a surface.

Purchased in April of 2023. Now when needed in July-August the fan won't turn on. Useless as a fan or cooling unit. When it did run, it cooled very well. Too bad it just didn't last long.

For what was advertised and what I paid for this fan, personally I am very happy with it. I gave this a 4 star review for a few reasons. First, it came with 4 ice packs that you just need to add water to and freeze. I couldn't get the lid off the 4th pack, and that was essentially useless. While ice packs are a good gesture, I will agree with other reviews and say using real ice is the way to go. I ended up freezing small blocks of ices that I would put in the tray and this seemed to last longer and provide a few extra degrees of cooling.The other thing I can say about this product, it is not to be used to replace AC. It will help maintain cool flowing air, but do not expect what blows from this fan to be as cool as what will come out of your ac vents. I live in an apartment, and this past summer was one of hottest I've experienced. My apartment AC could not keep up. There was some trial and error with using this fan, but only regarding its placement. I found in my situation, depending on where the fan was placed depending on maximizing it's cooling effects on my place. Once I found the sweet spot, it was a game changer for me and my kids.The last reason for the 4 star review is my fan had two small holes in the top where the water trickles in from, this would cause large droplets of water to fall back to bottom container, making the fan rather noisy. However a small piece of clear tap over the hole and that solved that problem.While there were minimal issues out of the box, if you have the correct expectations of what your paying for and expecting to get in cooling, this is a fan I would highly recommend.

Worth the money!! Our AC quit working on us a couple weeks ago, and with it warming up here in the south we decided to order an air cooler to hold us over until we can get it fixed. My wife and I looked at several until we found this one, and so far it has been wonderful. It covers a great range on the swing mode, and it definitely makes a difference in the house. The ice packs give a much cooler breeze in the room. So far we love it and the fact that you can roll it anywhere in the house. It is easy to fill up the 5.3 gallon water container. Water is poured in from the top right behind where you insert the ice packs. Very easy to use and would buy again.

Bought this last summer (June 2023) it is now August 2024 and it’s just starting to not turn on. I have opened up the back and cleaned out the filter about once since having the cooler and it’s not very easy to clean. I looked into buying a new filter and everywhere I looked the filters were over 40$. I did use the fan through out the year. It cooled nicely with water added and ice pack in the to and in the winter I like it on the lowest setting for the sound( without the cool setting on of course). Not sure it’s worth the price if I have to replace yearly.

September 2023 - I contacted the email on the back of the instruction pamphlet and let them know that the cooler broke. They stated that there was no more of this product in the warehouse but would ship a new one toward the end of September. I just received the new cooler, at no cost, and it's working great! I appreciate the excellent customer service and have bumped this back to 5 stars.  July 2023 - I originally wrote a good review, as it was good at cooling indoor space during 90-degree heat. I have been using the cooler for 4.5 months and the fan stopped working today. I would recommend paying a little more to get a better quality cooler. This didn't even last the summer :(

Almost worthless as a cooler although it does work well as a humidifier but then the fan stopped working so now it is worthless even as a humidifier. The plastic ice cubes are very small and thus their cooling capability is very small.
