Sequin Art0907 Oscar Puppy Craft Kit From The Red Range

Purchased this picture for my youngest grand daughter because she is absolutely into arts and crafts. As this is the 1st time she has used this medium the underlying colours are great for a young child to follow. I was quite impressed watching part of the picture coming alive with the sparkle from the sequins and although it will take her a few weeks to finish it all she's so delighted wiith it she can't wait to finish it and hang it on her wall. The only thing I would say should be added to the package is somehing to protect their little fingers. The poltstyrens is quite firm and the constant pushing in of the pins can make thumbs a little sore. I put a padded elastoplast on her thumb to help her press in the pins. I would highly rrecommend this for youngsters who enjoy making things- first class

This is taking myself and my daughter ages to complete but it looks so effective i would highly recommend. Great fun to do slightly tricky for little fingers and the tips of your fingers do get a bit sore after a while but brilliant little project we keep coming back to. Would definitely buy another design great Christmas gift.

This is a lovely set. We got the penguin one and it is so pretty. I would recommend that you paint the frame first (as it states in the instructions!) as we ended up with paint on the paper. Myself and my 8 year old daughter completed the picture over the course of four days and we thoroughly enjoyed doing it and gave us a chance to sit and chat at the same time. I also have the cupcake picture aswell and will tackle that over the summer holidays.

My granddaughter was so pleased with her present she comes home from school and gets it out every day this is so nice to see older children off the PlayStations !

Bought this for my 9yr old daugher, who loves any type of art and craft. Its not messy at all, you just pin the little sequins into the polystyrene board, very clear instructions included. There is a picture which shows where to pin each colour. Kept her happy for days, its the sort of thin you can do for an hour then put it away and do more another time. Will def be getting more of these for her.

Bought this for our 7yo daughter as we'd had a cheaper version while on holiday that she loved. The real McCoy sequin art is clearly a grade above what we had - its amazing! She needs a bit of help to get the sequins on the tacks but will happily spend time working away at this and her 4yo brother even tries to help out if he's given leave to do so. A lovely craft kit to work on - I've no doubt when this one is nearing completion I'll be back to buy another. Definitely recommend!

My daughter has a few of these & she loves them all. This is her new favourite. Generally keeps her going for weeks doing it on & off a few sessions a week :-)
