Great, simple, innovative and highy effective exercising stratagy - go get-em!
Wow Wow Wow! Such a simple but effective idea. As you get older the multi-gyms, rowers, exercise bikes etc become 'too intimidating' after a long day at work to set up and go-at; with all the pulleys and nobs and levers to adjust. So I popped on the internet to find and alternative/adjunct to my Total-Gym (very good effective product, but intimidating as stated above). So I looked at Ab rollers and Crunchers, Tension straps; something I could pick up and get working straight away with little or no prep. Then there they were: Sliding or Gliding Discs. Did the research, discovered heaps of blogs on YouTube - of people eager to show what you can do on these things. I narrowed my search down to these SKLZ Slidez Discs and wow (again). They arrived on good time from Amazon; they are well made, not as slippy on carpet as made out; but that adds to safety. They support any body weight as you use them on the floor or walls. I discovered over 400 exercised on You Tube; Dance moves, Sports moves, Anarobic moves, Pilates, Yoga, stretching etc. These giant tea-caddies are a brilliant spin on exercising and I highly highly recommend them to anyone wanting to loose weight, get fit and strong.

doesnt slide well on carpets, but is great on wood.
Bought because it says clearly that can be used on all surfaces but doesn't work great on carpets. ive used the old sliders on my carpet and thought I would upgrade. :) prefer old ones.

Good for laminated or wooden floors. But on gym floor which was matted, The base of the core slider that rolled into lint which kept peeling off. Bought another brand with a smoother base. Wouldn’t recommend this one. Other than this rest is ok as a core slider

These work great on my Parkette floor! My feet don’t slip off of them whether I have my tennis shoes on or am barefooted. Perfect for an at-home workout!
