A Great Product
I always buy these beetroot capsules as I am gluten sensitive and Nature's Aid are free of that. I found they work really well at keeping my blood pressure on the right track as I'm too sensitive for a doctors pills so I thoroughly recommend them.

Was so sceptical, I’m not now !!!
So last week I noticed I was having high blood pressure, this led onto me having an adverse ECG, and I then started taking the beetroot and shock of all shock I was 152/100 for about a week and within 4 days on the Beetroot my blood pressure has come down to 122/85 , now it could be coincidence and it could be lots of things but I really do believe this natural supplement has helped me, even if it’s just a placebo effect who cares I know today that my BP is back to normal … it’s affordable and safe so why not try it ! It might just work for you

Helping Blood pressure in combi with quality garlic and Hawthorn supplements
As I was struggling to get control of my BP which was running quite high still despite taking three medication ( ACE, Calcium Channel Blocker and Diuretics) I added herbs and natural stuff. Stopped the CCB as it was messing my body. Replaced it with Beta- Blocker which seems to sit better with my system.Bought this Beetroot supplement , along with 1000mg Hawthorn, High Dosage Garlic, Grape Seed Extract, Omega 3 Coq10and combined with regular exercise, stress control and acupuncture points daily regular pressure I now see my BP reading at 123/78 with BP at 60.Still taking the reg med for now. It seems like a lot of "efforts" but it turns into a routine. The satisfying results also make it more like a motivation to take all of these stuff.Relaxation and letting things go is huge part of it but could be improved with yoga and breathing techniques.Because I am happier and seeing the positive impact of all my "efforts" it is helping BP to remain within normal boundaries.Highest reading I have had in past three weeks was 144/91Keep going and believe it can be achieved

Good for High Blood Pressure (I'm no expert)
I'm have high blood pressure and have been taking prescribed medication for some time now and was advised by a personal trainer that beetroot was good for helping with it. The problem was, I hate beetroot. So I purchased these. After taking 2-a-day, morning and evening with food, for a month, I believe that they have made a difference. I take my blood pressure twice/day, every day, so I can clearly see this. Price and quality are good.
