My granddaughter loves the thrill of looking for gems.

Fun for the kids for 5 minutes
It is what it says, different types of stones. There are diamonds (cough). The diamonds are small shards. Mostly. You tuber that have taken them to jewelers to have them appraised found them to be worth about 3.00. My son was still very happy to have a real diamond so they are worth it.

A fun way to kill an hour for sure
A little of a gag gift for my family. We usually buy these around the holidays. Everyone loves it and keeps us busy for a hour or two. Definitely worth the time spent and even though the “prize” isn’t awe inspiring. It’s a fun size and experience.

Waste of money! Big mess, over priced , not worth it!

Could be better
It's perfect for little kids but it's messy so paper towels and newspaper are a must. Depending on the color of the chalk, your hands are going to covered. The stones themselves aren't big so you are going to have to chip and dig a lot into the chalk. I didn't end up using the hammer and mostly just dug into the chalk with the chisel.

Ridiculously small
Much smaller than anticipated. Appearance is ok but laughably small. Everything advertised is included. Not a good value for money. Could be educational with a microscope to see it. But the kid had fun so…
