Is there a brush in the cap, or is it drip despensed?

No it is drip feed, however is is supplied with a fine nozzle with a 1 mm hole that allows for accurate dispensing. I use it for model making purposes and as you can imagine accurate placement is important. The fine nozzle can become blocked but this can be remedied with a sewing needle or a small drill.

Can this be used on polystyrene? I have an RC plane that needs fixing

Hello, this is a cyanoacrylate which can sometimes melt foam and polystyrene. The best option for polystyrene is ZAP PT56 Formula 560 Cabin Hood Adhesive, 59 ml, Clear.

Can I use it to temporarily fix a wobbly tooth

If you are talking about a wobbly tooth on a wooden crocodile then yes, but personally I would not put this anywhere near my skin. The glue is quite thin and ‘flows’ so you would have problems keeping it in one place. I would recommend a good dentist.
