Zinsser Watertite 5 Litre

For anyone who has damp issues this is a fantastic product. I have a 17 th century farmhouse and I have used it as a priming agent in various areas (including a subterranean area) and there have been no signs of failure..yet..worth every penny

Really good paint I used it on interior chimney Brest wall up in my attic crows have a nest and it’s been damp with water leaking through, iam waiting for the nest to be removed and get the chimney capped so in the meantime I’ve painted this on and it’s holding up after 2 months so far. No issues not as smelly as reviews say, no problems stirring good consistency the only issue I have is I painted it on a white wall so couldn’t see where I painted and then the second coat was guess work , if I did it again I would paint the wall a different colour first.

A very expensive product, but worth the money in GOLD. I was given a £1,500 + quote to stripe and remove the whole complete window wall and frame. As you can see the photos before and after, "Zinsser Watertite Mould and Mildew Proof Waterproofing Paint 5L" not just mould, damp, but the horrid smell that came from the lounge room damp and not different from the Waterproofing Paint, but after a few weeks all gone!! - It was not an easy job for a 61 years old woman, apply the paint is more like glue, so better use appropriate clothing, but the results are amazing!! - "Thank you Zinsser Company, my wall looks like new, without the exorbitant expenses" -

Decent paint , dries quickly, delivered pronto

I have used this product to treat the interior walls of a precast concrete garage. Prior to treatment the walls showed a damp meter reading of 12, after treatment (2 coats) the reading is zero. Additionally the walls now have a bright white finish, rather than the usual grey. It has transformed my garage. Easy to apply, brush for the first, roller for the second coat. Expensive but it does the job.

Good quality paint, easy to apply and does exactly what it says it should do.

The paint goes on well, it's nice and thick but still needs 2 coats (4 hours drying time), and smells of copydex. The price is twenty pounds cheaper than buying in brewers...so buying off amazon was a no brainer. However...tin arrived very damaged, not sure if that was reason for cheaper price...or happened in transit. But I wouldnt make the same mistake twice. Trying to transfer 5 litres of very thick paint into another container aghhhh...never again.
