Madeo Spicy Calabrian N'Duja Paste 3 Kg

Great stuff, being used for all sorts of recipes. Great to add in Spag Bol, Great in any pasta sauces, and of course very nice on home made Pizza's. Have mine in the fridge and as long as you keep adding a layer of olive oil every so often , it keeps really well.

Very tasty, easy to add to Italian ragu, pasta sauces, tomato based stews and jambalaya. Store 1/3 in the refrigerator, the rest in the freezer or share as a gift in a jar! Best value for money and the best taste out of several I have tried on Amazon.

On first taste I wasn't sure - it is very spicy, salty and oily. All doesn't exactly sound like a 5 star. However, the flavour really does become addictive and I end up adding it to everything. Even as simple as on toast or with some gnocchi.

I love this stuff although it is *very* spicy, next time I may try for the dolce version.It's great on pizza, in pasta sauces or just spread on a nairn oatcake with perhaps a touch of Greek yogurt to help offset some of the spiciness.Unlike some other brands it's not very salty either.

Yumm Yumm really good stuff, and very nice in stews for the extra bite. Will deffo buy again.

Came across this paste at Pizza Express in the UK -just loved it so when I returned to Portugal where I now lived was so pleased to see that Amazon sold it by the tub as well as jar so immediately ordered a tub and now friends over here are also raving about it as it has so many uses e.g. tossed through buttered pasta; added to soups; added to casseroles and curries and even more daring on its own with dough balls........Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
