This dirt devil steam cleaner is very easy to use. The reservoir holds a decent amount of water and it heats up quickly. It worked well to remove grease from ceramic tiles behind the oven as well as ingrained dirt on laminate floor. It did clean carpet on stairs okay but left carpet damp as doesnt also provide a dry vac function - would prob work fine in summer and dry quickly but in winter had to use dehumidifier.The cord is long enough and provides a good ongoing source of power but would prefer cordless to be able to move around more freely.Small hand held function is good and easy to use and we tried it inside cupboards and oven it didnt remove all greasy marks from oven but did bring up a lot and prob with a few more goes will get it all off.Overall very good

We use this steam mop every couple of days on our hard floor because we have a dog and a son as well which doesn't like socks and its bear feet all the time.I like it in special because he can stand up without the need to lean on something.Its easy to use,the head swivel well and the cloth you can remove easy and machine wash.

This Dirt Devil steam mop is easy to operate and gives out good temperature of heat quickly. It is good for cleaning our vinyl flooring. After hoovering and basically only use water in the steam mop for cleaning and disinfecting at the same time.However, I was hoping it will give our carpet some good cleaning and disinfecting but I think I will have to look for a proper steam vacuum to do the job, as this one doesn't have the vacuum function.Although this steam mop can replace the use of chemical /detergent on cleaning /disinfecting, and it works fine, but I don't think I would want to invest on a gadget that only does this function. I would rather spend a bit more on getting a steam vacuum cleaner which can clean/wash and disinfect the carpet and flooring.

The media could not be loaded.  This steam mop worked very well on ingrained linoleum flooring dirt; it did not remove it all, but I'm sure after a few more cleans with the steam mop it will remove most of it, if not all.I have not tried the hand-held attachment yet, but I'm sure it will be as effective at cleaning and removing dirt as the floor mopping. I'm looking forward to trying it out on bathroom tiles.The dirt devil steam mop was packaged wery well in a sturdy box and can be put together very easily by following the easy to read instructions.After use, its just a simple matter of emptying the water reservoir and winding up the cable onto the convenient hooks. It can be stored easily as it does not take up much room.I would recommend this steam mop as I think it is quite effective at cleaning and removing dirt.

This steam mop is perfect for deep cleaning, it heats up and cleans greasy floor easily. Nice and modern design, beautiful colour. I don't like it has a cord as I get very limited but it is doable. Very Easy to use and to hold.

An incredible steam mop that does a great deep clean of many different things. Great packaging and very easy to set up and use. The handheld option is fantastic for awkward areas or anything that isn’t a floor.Although the cord can be limiting, I do prefer it from cordless because I don’t have to worry about it running out of charge or forgetting to charge it. Plus, I can use an extension if I’m covering more space and need more wire instead of having to switch sockets - that’s worked really well for me so far.

The media could not be loaded.  Reviewed by my wifeI have always wanted a steam mop so I was delighted to get to try one. The Dirt Devil steam mop feels quite flimsy, but is more stable when it is put together. The instruction booklet is really good and tells you how to set it all up and its fairly well written.Once switched on it came up to temperature really quickly.I was disappointed in how large the water chamber on the steam mop was as I have a very large kitchen/utility area and I had to fill it up several times to get it to clean the whole area I also had to move the cable to a different socket as although its fairly long it wasn't long enough. It cleaned okay, but I didn't feel it did the edges as I would have liked.I tried it next as a handheld cleaner. It was easy to take apart and to use with the scrubber/scrapper tool. I have tiles which have indented patterns in the kitchen, which means I have to clean them with a scrubbing brush normally. The brush attachment on the steamer did a brilliant job, but by the time I had done all my tiles it was worn out and flattened and would need replacing in order to do a decent job. It was okay for the tiles, but I wouldn't use it again for the floors, so at £80 ish it is cheap compared to better makes, but I am not certain its worth storing to just use on my tiles so its not for me.

Easy to set up I used this mainly on my kitchen tiled floor, removed so much dirt. Came with attachments and can be used on upholstery too which I am yet to use on. I would recommend this
