Simply put, buy them.
I'm not really one for writing reviews and such, so I'll keep this as short as I can.I recently decided to start gathering my entire music collection into FLAC files, as the hit & miss nature of a lot of mp3's was getting on my wick a little during playback. Then, I bought a new phone, an LG G2, which has the capability to play 24bit 192khz audio files, so using a Meenova OTG device I started to load all my FLAC files for playback.I plugged in my trusty old Sennheiser CX300's, and noticed the sound was rather 'muddy', nothing was very clear. I was a bit disappointed as these are perfectly nice earphones, but a goof few years old and maybe on their way out. So, I tried the LG Quadbeat 2 earphones that came with my G2. Immediately the sound was better, crisp, plenty of detail, but maybe lacking in bass and sounding a little bright I guess, but that is something I usually quite like. For a pair of free bundled in box earphones, they are brilliant. However the cable noise was irritating, and I couldn't help but think I was missing out on some detail and sharpness to the tracks.I researched and read reviews on independent hi-fi sites, and amazon etc, and decided that as I wasn't made of money sadly, I could either buy the Sennheiser CX300 II, or the Soundmagic E10. Having already had Sennheisers before, and wanting something with a different look, I opted for the Soundmagic E10.And I know I made the right decision! They look nice, the aluminium body feels nice, the connector feels quality and the 'twisted' cable is a bit different in styling terms too, but in a good way. They came with a nice small zip around pouch for storage and for storing the multiple ear tip selections it comes with. I went for the double flange option, ran the cable over my ear and pushed them in 'upside down' as that works best for me for fitting. Sound isolation is excellent without leaving you completely oblivious to things like traffic etc.And finally, the sound. As soon as I plugged them into my G2 and hit play, it all made sense. The sound was rounded, more complete than it had been before. The bass sounds precise, but isn't intrusive. The recordings sound more detailed than I frankly expected, especially for this price. If you are still using the bundled ipod earphones or some tat like that, then upgrading to these will be the best thing you can do for your music and your ears. Ridiculously cheap for the quality, both of build and sound . . . at double the price they would still be excellent value.

Good quality product
Althow these are not from a bigger brand ... SoundMAGIC seems to build quality IEMs. Received my pair a week back and i am stunt of the sound quality ... as everybody here i read all the reviews i could find and was eager to test them out. I have tested all types of music from Classical to Rock. The outcome is pretty amazing. The lows are deep but are reproduced with clarity, the mids and highs are so crisp and clear you can hear all the details in the song just as the song was ment to sound (never had this feel also never owned higher class IEMs :)). The soundstage is also great. Also another thing is that no matter how powerfull the lows are the medium and highs remain untouched just as if you had 2 drivers inside ... impressive. I had as a comparison a pair of Sennheiser CX300. I was very impressed by the lows these had when i got them but the mid-higs are substandard and sound pretty owfull. Overall i am amazed of the quality you can get at this price. The build quality fells also good and ready for a long run with the metal-ish design. I`ve ordered a medium set of Comply Tips, T-400 seems to fit the E10 and i am waiting for them. I was never satisfied with the ruber tips as they don`t feel confortable enough for me. Hope the comply will fill that gap.PS: Just a small thing ... the sound isolation with the stock tips is not great. I found the double flange tips to fit best with best isolation. Hope the situation will change with the Comply Tips.LE: Just got my Comply tips ... first impression: way better. Better isolation after the foam expands and better sound (i reduced the volume by about 15% on my mp3 player). Also alot more confortable than all the supplied tips. A must have for any headphones. :)Would recommand these all the way, because in this price range you can`t go wrong. Great job SoundMAGIC !

Very good for price, but build is not great
When looking for in ear headphones, there are three things one should look at: the sound quality, the build quality, and the ratio of these two to the price. It is unsurprising therefore that I have already three pairs of these headphones. The sound quality is next to unbeatable for the <£100 price range for in-ears, with bass being punchy but not in your face, mids being warm yet clear, and highs being sweet and clear. The sound itself is very pure and undistorted, even at high volumes (tested on iPod touch, Google Nexus 4).The build quality is where these earphones fall short. As I mentioned, I have been through three pairs of these headphones within the space of 2 years, amongst trying other, more expensive pairs of headphones. The buds themselves are very solidly constructed in a metallic housing, and do not feel cheap. The filters in the earbuds, however have the tendency to fall out upon the removal of earwax from them with a cloth. This means I now have no filters in each earbud meaning I do have to worry about dirt entering the drivers and possibly compromising sound quality and functionality. The wire is also a little on the thin side, and any more stress than a little accidental tugging at the headphone jack can cause damage which is difficult to repair. This the reason for which I have had to chuck out two of these pairs already: The wire is too delicate and not durable. On my current pair. the metallic tube covering the headphone jack has come loose from the glue, meaning when I am trying to unplug the cable from my phone, I often pull the tube accidentally up the wire exposing the whole headphone jack. I can only see this leading to more problems in the future. But there must be a reason why I have kept coming back to these headphones? I have found that for my own tastes (Electronic & Trap music) these earphones sound brilliant. That is not to say that they do not suit other genres of music too, though. One thing I can promise though is amazing clarity, and for £30 there is not much more you could ask for!

Superb in-ear phones.
First of all I'd like to thank the company for a super quick delivery at no extra cost...24 hours from ordering to recieving..Well Done.!!Having recieved them I noticed right away that they were the updated version of them...having the anti tangle cable and a hard case to carry them around..I'm so glad I waited as I did not really fancy the pouch...The next thing I noticed upon opening the box and getting them out was the quality of not only the phones themselves but all the bits and bobs...You get several sets of extra ear buds (very generous in fact) and like I mentioend earlier you now get a hard case..NOT the pouch. The phones themselves are very well made and certainly look and feel the business, with an aluminium outer (I believe) and the finish was very neat of the paint job and decaling.I can't understand why some have said the build quality is poor...perhaps that's the case with the earlier versions, and maybe they have mistreated them someway...But these new incarnations are very well made in deed...as good as any other on the market for this price. As to the way they sound...I hooked them up to my Phone (which is able to play Flac and lossless music) and from the box they sounded amazing...Crisp..clear and a fairly good bass...I've run them in now for several days and the bass is perfect...Authoritive without being over the top..and the clarity has sweetend even more...I can understand now why they have won many top awards for the past 3 years.I've used these on my tablet and my laptop and I can find no faults with the quality of what they deliver...They also sound wonderful used with the 'Sandisc Sansa clip'..they are the perfect accompaniment as they do not take much power to use them, therefore saving you battery power....For those that complain about the tinny or none existant bass sound...Ignore what they say...they have no idea what they are talking about...These DO deliver great sound...the better the source the better these will deliver..!!!I have to say something at this point regarding certain peoples comments, especially when they say..These CHEAP phones this...Cheap that and cheap the other....SO WHAT if they are (which to be honest £35 isn't THAT cheap)..It doesn't make them any less in quality with what they can deliver, which is a fabulous sound...Expensive is NOT always the best believe me...Sound Magic have a great name and make some great phones of all types. All in all...Look no further to find a better sounding pair of in-ear phones...and not only for the money..You'd be wasting your money if you do, unless you spend around 3 times as much, and even then they would give them a run for their money....these will impress without having to rob the bank.

Excellent little earphones
After my Klipsch S4i headphones snuffed it I was looking for a set of earphones that wouldn't cost the world but would provide a lovely sound. Initially I had passed over these earphones because I hadn't heard much about them. What a mistake that turned out to be. After reading a couple reviews I was impressed by the praise and decided that even if they were half as good as they were supposed to be, for £30 that's no real loss! The first thing I noticed was how well they were packaged. Upon opening them I realised that you are also provided with a little carrying case + a clip to secure them, which is actually a nice touch. You are also provided with an abundance of earphone tips to choose from (I counted 7 pairs in total) So finding a perfect fit is almost certain! The cable, whilst a little skinny, feels like it is wrapped in a tough plastic and is not the soft usual plastic you get on earphones like Apple's. I like it, others might not. The headphones are milled from aluminium and have a nice sturdy weight to them but don't feel unstable in my ears either. But now for the big one - the sound. I am by no means an expert so my judgement is merely what I feel. To me the bass is tight and powerful, but not overwhelming like the JVC Xtremes or Beats. The midrange generally felt quite distinct, although sometimes floundered when the tracks became heavy in both higher and lower frequencies, albeit, I would say that this is potentially due to my DAC which is noted for a less than excellence midrange reproduction. The treble doesn't really sparkle but is crisp and not harsh, which makes listening to the higher frequency a nice experience and not one of flinching. The overall reproduction is actually quite impressive, especially considering the price tag. The soundstage feels vastly wide and not small like some headphones reproduce. That being said, you don't get volume control or buttons on the cord. Personally I never use them so this isn't really a loss to me, but it might be to others so be warned! So overall. The sound produced is actually a pleasure to listen to! The soundstage feels a lot larger than what it is and sound feels very natural. The refined sound and construction really screams that this was cleverly engineered. At £30 this is an absolute steal and easily justifies why this set of earphones has won so many awards. I would recommend without hesitating, even if they were double the price!

Great sound quality but not without drawbacks
To start the review i'll say i'm not an audiophile I dont have lots of £100's headphones etc to compare these to, these were bought as a step up from the standard Iphone/Ipod Apple headphones. The difference is instantly noticeable details in the sound come through clearly particularly on bands such as The Flamming Lips, Tame Impala and jazz through these headphones is a revelation all the detail is there and I was wondering why I hadn't invested in better headphones years ago.Comfort is good if your used to the Iphone type buds then take the time to fit the right buds and test out whats most comfortable another reviewer reported that they only received a poor selection of choices but there were 7 different sets in mine varying in size it took a bit of trial and error but once done they were comfortable in the ear. They feel pretty sturdy and had no issues in the couple of months I have been using them and they come with a handy case to keep them clean and damage free.So why only 3 stars?Well there are a couple of drawbacks firstly no volume control I use an Ipod Classic and changing the volume is a hastle when it's in your pocket and you just want to make a slight adjustment it would have been nice to have a volume control on the headphones. However at this price I understand with this sound quality you dont get the extras. Now for the big draw back and the loss of 2 stars.....do you listen to music while you walk or move? If so these are not for you as every little bump and step is amplified into the headphone, when wearing a jacket as the cable rubs agains the fabric I can hear it in the sound! There just not useable on the move. Luckily I travel by train so when i'm on the train their perfect great sound quality comfortable and decent price but on the walk to the station....no so good.Im giving these 3/5 as the quality is so good but think before you buy due to the poor sound insulation.

Fantastic set of cans!
I purchased these as an upgrade to the earphones which come with my ipod. I spent a few days reading the reviews on here at all the different sets of earphones available in this price range (there are loads to choose from!) but the Soundmagic E10's seemed to stand out from the crowd. The thing that really made my mind up was the reviews that I found in various techy/gadget magazines like 'Stuff' and 'What HiFi' every review was consistent in that they were giving them top marks and raving about the superb build and sound quality. A couple of reviews went on to say how they were better than earphones costing more than twice as much!I ordered the earphones on a Saturday morning and the amazon parcel was on my doorstep by the following Tuesday (Thanks Amazon for the great service) and the next day I was looking forward to testing them out on my usual commute into London. The first thing I'll say is that I've never had the "in-ear" style of ear phone before and they take a bit of getting used to in finding the right ear bud to fit your ear (there are seven different sizes to chose from) and then spending a couple of moments to get them in your ear so that they're nice and secure and comfortable. These provide a nice fit though and once they're in I found that they stay in place without any trouble but it's important that you chose the right size ear bud.The build quality really is good though and as the advert describes the socket, connectors and ear buds are all made from aluminium.Anyway I was listening to my music at a low to moderate volume on the train (I hate the idiots who play their music to loud on the train!!) and the sound was nice and clear but if I'm honest I wasn't overly impressed (I'm far from an audiophile by the way). However when I was in london and starting my walk to the office I pumped up the volume and wow, the sounds really come alive with really nice bass and crystal clear sound. Better still was the fact that I was walking down a really busy road in london and I genuinely couldn't hear any of the road noise. Any concerns I'd had from my train journey were immediately forgotten about.Since then, I've also been watching a couple of films on the ipod and the sounds are great with that as well and I certainly felt impressed with the sound effex and particularly surround sound as you can pick up the smallest of detail.Seriously, if you've got £30 to spend on some earphones, get these, you won't be disappointed.

Absolute Crackers!
I wasn't really looking for a new pair of headphones for my Ipod as after not getting on with a pair of Klipsch I bought some Senheiser CX500s after reading reviews. They did the job really well for the cash(I paid around £30 when in other places they were over £100!) I was a bit dubious as I heard that there were a lot of fakes out there but the seller had good feedback (Amazon seller) so I was willing to give it a go. When I got them they were great, plenty of treble and base which was just what I wanted and they have lasted really well over a year and still going strong. It wasn't until I saw a review in what Hi-Fi for a pair for about £30 I paid for my earlier pair and seemed the new benchmark for in ear phones under £50. I read about 50 reviews on Amazon (before getting bored :) ) and almost all gave it 5 stars so I thought I would give them a go.I paid (postage free)and they were with me in about 3 days. As soon as i put them on I could tell that they were far superior to my Senheisers. The base is deeper and just flows along, the midrange is much clearer and the treble is just so crisp its amazing and they are much louder than my previous Senheisers and do not distort at high levels like others.I have only had them a couple of days so far so I can only presume they will get better once they are properly run in. Build quality seems right up there although I did see that a couple of people had issues but i'm sure with 360 odd reviews there are bound to be a few issues but I am sure that if there are any problems then Amazon will sort this with no questions asked. All in all an absolute bargain and I would suggest anybody to swap these for those rubbish ones you get with most MP3 players and at a reasonable price you will not be disappointed.Just 1 point - I bought the red ones and are probably a bit flash for me! so if you are like me and not 16 anymore, pay the extra couple of quid for the grey/black ones :)

Fantastiche!
