SEBIKES SE Chain Tensioner

In the review it says that I will need a set of these in order to keep my chain from flying off. The bike from my childhood hangs from the ceiling and I bought these because all my accouterments are purple for this build. Top quality. Anodized aluminum. Form and Function.

Came out of the package with bolts snapped no c clips. Also scratched all to hell. Thought i was buying new. There parts are obviously used.
