I bake often and have used Hershey's cocoa powder for many years. I wanted to try an organic cocoa powder and found this item. I contacted the seller and asked questions and received a prompt reply and I felt overall that there would be good customer service if there was an issue with the product. I received the product and have used it in cakes, cookies, and frostings. It is lighter in color than the one I previously bought. The flavor is good. I like that I don't have to sift it as there aren't any clumps. I used to sift the Hershey's powder prior to adding it to a recipe as it was always very clumpy. I am pleased with the price and the product.

I read in AARP several months that it is good for the brain to eat 1 tablespoon of dark cocoa power a day. It is suppose to noticeably improve the cognitive power in 3 months. They recommend putting it in a cup of coffee . I don't sweeten but add some 1/2&1/2. It is so good. I'm not sure it is helping my brain but I look forward to it every day. I can taste the difference with this cocoa. It is my favorite so far.

Absolutely tasty!
I am delighted with the quality and flavor of this cocoa powder. I have added a small amount to my ceremonial Match morning tea and it is just the right touch to start the day! It is a good quality and very smooth. I like Food to Live products. I will purchase it again.
