Great service with no issues. If you’re a fan of controllers this is a nice addition. Retro feel to it but the contrast of the back panel gives it a classy feel

Bought the clear controller as a replacement for a black one. Looks amazing. It’s also great quality and genuine PS4 product. Has the back lightup bar also (lights blue) and battery lasts ages.Be warned - it doesn’t come with a charging cable. It wasn’t a problem for me as I have a charging stand already for my controllers.Loses one star because the clear is so much more expensive than the rest. I remember controllers when the PS4 first came out years ago were £50 each and now I’m paying £65.

Very happy to discover that this is, in fact, an official Sony PS4 DUALSHOCK 4 controller. My partner had previously purchased from a seller on Amazon which turned out to be a fake. So this time, we made sure to check this controller's authenticity by seeing if the serial number is recognised on the Sony website. Initially, it was not recognised so we were a little worried, but the controller felt official and did not rattle like the fake one did! After using the online chat function on Sony, we discovered that the crystal colour was discontinued in the UK, so this controller is an official product made in California, USA, and therefore the serial number is only recognised on the US Sony website. We checked this on the US website, and I'm happy to confirm the serial number was verified.Looking forward to using my new controller :)

Love the look of this controler but just under a year old its L stick has gone wrong and will just randomly act as if i pushed it fully to the left. Realy disapointed in this as i love how it looks and that the analog rubber is decent aswell

Horrible. Didn't work properly. Was second hand even though the picture gives the impression it isn't. So it's ridiculously expensive for a second hand controller and I had to clean it before I used it as it was disgusting. My only wish is I had taken pictures to add to this review. So after detail cleaning it myself it didn't work. Utterly appalling

I like the official controllers but there's no way they're worth the rrp of £54.99 that's listed on most sites, seeing as I've just brought another controller because of stick drift, only 1 years warranty which isn't enough because of the low quality of Sony's products now.If the warranty runs out then Sony basically tells you to bugger off and buy another one.

Had it for a few days, so far so good, Now I'm winning races again on GTAV, my last controller had me down on power.

Bought this with a discount code, which saved me £10, however I think I would've bought this anyway.It's not cheap, but none of the other controllers are, so it's not a surprise.I love the look of this controller, the feel of it and how it handles.An excellent secondary controller and is fast becoming my personal favourite.
