Basic design that works well for a small vehicle that does not have room for a cage.My small dog was happy and settled in it

Just the job for our Boston Terrier puppy, it feels nice and soft for him whilst on car journeys.Was forever taking a blanket etc out for him to sit on in car, at least with this seat no need for that. It is quite a nice snug seat for him, feels quite soft and not soft and thin. Easy to remove cushion in case of car sickness etc or just general cleaning. Shame the rest of the cover does not come off for cleaning though. Thinking on a long journey may pop a blanket or towel on it just in case.Best of all on my fabric seats it does not slip. Just secures with front seat belt through elastic hoops underneath, so easy to do if dog not on it firsthand mind you.At least it gives our pup a place he feels is for him, easier for myself if taking him out and about on my own to.Did wonder sizewise if he will get too big for it and would only last a short while but looking at it, thinking it will do a long time.Delivery was really quick on this and was well packed.

It was easy to fit and the belt that attached to my dog's harness (she is a Pug) was more than adequate.We had a three hour journey and she was absolutely fine in the cushion bed. In the past she has walked around, sat on a lap, wriggled to the floor and basically caused mayhem!The only thing that I stopped me from giving this product 5 stars was that it is small in length and moved, whilst not a huge amount enough for the seat to bunch and there not be enough room for her to rest her chin facing forwards. This meant a pushing and pulling the seat to get it right.All together a good product - no complaints.

The car dog seat arrived on Saturday when we had been told it would - good point. Opened in front of the dog who did not like the Amazon packing (he is VERY nervous). Inner plastic bag removed and before I could screw it up and put in the bin the dog was in the bed curled up and going to sleep. I had to wait until he decided to vacate the bed before I could look at how it fitted in the car. I Can't wait to use it as it was intended as my dog suffers badly from motion sickness, so hopefully the softness of the bed and cuddly feel of the sides will help to alleviate at least some of the sickness (stretch it out to more than 10 minutes before he upchucks) but as the bed is washable there is no problem as far as the wife is concerned. Thinking of buying another for the home.

It is a lovely cushion and a great idea for pets who do not like to be caged in the car. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I have Lurchers and I bought this for a new puppy who was only 10 weeks old but she managed to move closer to me than I wanted as she is strong and with surprisingly long legs. I would think that more docile or sleepy puppies would find it really comfortable and the driver would feel that the pet is safe.

Cannot attached it to the seat
