A hack replacement for the CR2412
I have a Skagen digital watch with a horrendously expensive CR2412 Battery which has a pretty low capacity and short life. The 2320 has a slightly smaller diameter and is slightly thicker. However if you use a bit of BluTac and remove the bit of foam from the back of the Battery holder it fits snugly. Fitted it in less than 5 minutes and the watch works fine.

Sealed batteries are no guarantee of performance.
It takes time & dedicated tools to fit a battery to a complex watch. This battery wasted 2 hours of my life I won’t get back. The battery is low on output. The hour hand now loses 10 mins per day !
