This paint by number, should say for professional only, my hardest yet. I gave it as a present, he loved it!

This set comes with:- 3 paint brushes (one narrow, one thicker, and another flat and rectangular)- canvas (folded, so be prepared to iron or flatten it under heavy books)- reference photo- 3x magnifying glassPros: the paint is pretty thick, so most of the colors (minus the yellows and very pale blues) can be applied once. I was able to do two layers for a number of spaces since some of the paints did look streaky to me with plenty of paint to spare. All the spaces had a number, but you have a blank paper reference in case you only paint half a section and forgot to finish it like I did.Cons: there are some VERY narrow sections...unless you have a surgeons precision, you are likely going to mess those up. The associated numbers are also incredibly tiny even with the magnifying glass so good luck assuming which ones fit.

I am very satisfied with the package that this arrived in. Took me 2 weeks (1-2 ish hours a day) for this to complete due to its variety of colors and shading and my busy schedule. Otherwise it is fun!-Convenience: The wooden frame is very sturdy. If you have the extra $ to spend, I would recommend upgrading to a wooden frame so you have a study/designated surface to paint on. If you get the no frame one, you will have to dedicate a space for the painting and allowing it to stay and dry. They also give you a number map in a smaller paper in the case you accidentally paint over a #. Super convenient!-Paint - they give you plenty! Did not run out any of my colors. Any color that they suspect would run out (like the sky blue) they give extra so you have enough! The acrylic dry relatively quickly. Some colors need only one coat/one layer to have the color shown. Others need more than one, which is fine based on the nature of the pigment!-Therapeutic - not gonna lie, the variety of shades and colors were quite overwhelming, but one # at a time and it’d be done!This builds patience and like a puzzle, you find the number and color it in! If you’re the type who love jigsaw puzzles, this would be good to try as well!

This was my first paint by numbers kit since being a young teen (long time ago). I really enjoyed this project but there is too much fine detail for a novice and I ended up wearing two pairs of glasses at once plus using a magnifying glass! Still though I am pleased with my results and now that I have it framed it looks even better. Summation .... Paints need thinned down a lot with H2O, (then mix thoroughly with toothpicks), and you get 5 times the paint you actually need, some sections weren't numbered at all and I had to get creative, I didn't care much for the provided brushes. I took one I already had and trimmed it on an angle to paint those tiny little details. All in all I really enjoyed it and I look forward to my next masterpiece.

This is my first paint by numbers and I REALLY enjoyed it! I’m no expert, but I thought the brushes and paint were both of good quality. I did have to do a couple coats for the lightest colors (white, yellow) to hide the number, but no big deal. I had plenty of paint left over at the end for most colors (but don’t be wasteful!) I wouldn’t recommend this product for children or those who lack patience, but great for a teen/adult just wanting to relax and chip away at it over a couple weeks. At first I was concerned about the folds in the canvas from shipping but after a couple weeks of painting, those flattened out. Just a tip: I used painters tape to frame the edges which led to really crisp edge lines

A few colors were frustrating because there were SO many and I ran out of the color. A few light colors required a few coats to make sure the printed numbers didn't show through. But overall it turned out very nice. Would do another one after I take a break. I'd say this was 30 hours of work or so but it got easier as it went on because I was motivated to finish and could finally see the picture taking shape.

Rated 4 out of 5 because a couple of colors didn't match the original print, but otherwise everything was included and the quality was good! This was a fun project. (Lesson learned: iron out the folds in the canvas BEFORE starting.)

Materials: paint is fair, not a single one was dry. Nice colors and great variety. Brushes: iffy but I wasn’t expecting awesome so that’s okay. (Buy yourself a cheap set and you’ll be golden).Concept: not for me. So many lines and in some parts so close together, you can’t find the actual design. It’s impossible to paint between the lines with acrylic paint and brush. This is for pencils or ink, something precise, not a brush (or something that requires 2 coats)If you decide to free hand it and let your freak fly, it’s pretty much impossible to find the design itself: again way too many lines! So ... I don’t know, I think this would benefit from less lines and perhaps a sheet with suggested strokes for after the main work is done, to emphasize shades and contrast and whatnot. I’m attaching a pic of the thinnest brush provided with some of the lines as a reference, you can see there’s no way even with the thinnest brush, to nail it.The product should include a 8 x 10 picture of the finished paint, it would be very useful as reference.

After waiting for 90 days in shipping due to vivid 19 delay, took 2 days to finish. Not bad. Easy to master.

I bought this thinking I would never do it because it would be too time consuming. I decided to give it a try and really loved it. The paint looks small but I thinned it with water and ended up with lots to spare of all the colors. Would have been nice to have a few extra brushes of each size as I wore the smaller one out right away. Highly recommend this to anyone who likes to paint!!

Exactly as described. Looks like the picture when completed. Make sure to close the paint containers really tight or the paint drys up.

Canvas came damp with water marks. Tried drying it out, but the lines are blurred and the paint doesn’t seem to “stick” to the canvas. Returning.

Great product. Produces a fine finished product once picture is complete. Seller is super responsive in resolving delivery issue as well
