Ideal for men or women (a little bit trickier for women to use discretely, but much better than trying to find a bush to hide behind!) Keeps the urine securely sealed and therefore easy to dispose of. Wouldn't travel without them. Not a cheap purchase but well worth it for peace of mind.

I've used these before and I will use them again.These are indispensable when out camping, at festivals, stuck in the car etc. I tend to use these at night in the tent instead of having to get dressed and making the long, cold trek to the nearest (disgusting!) loos on site. They are small to carry and you simply unroll it, open it up and (if you're a lady like me) you press it against your body and pee away. Your pee is then solidified when it comes in contact with the gel inside the bag so there is no chance of spillage or leaks, and there is no smell either. I'm always amazed at the capacity of what each bag can hold! I've had a very full bladders at times and when I use these, I always have reservations at the back of my mind whether these would be up to the job, capacity-wise...I needn't have worried, I've only ever managed to fill it half way up the bag and it solidifies for easy disposal. I'm impressed! Each bag also comes with a wipe as well to clean yourself up afterwards :)I know some people will laugh at the thought of using these, but they really are indispensable when toilets are unavailable or unusable and of course they are suitable for all the family. Give them the benefit of the doubt, you will be impressed.

I've used this product before. It's great for when you're camping at festivals and don't want to leave your tent in the middle of the night. So convenient. No risk of spillage no urine smells. Magic!

like the fact the liquid turns to gel no smell and no leakage. Would have given 5 stars if a bit cheaper.

They work! The panic that sets in as you are trapped in your car on a closed motorway with traffic all around and no way to get out and have a pee. Thank goodness I had a Travel John in my glove box - saved my day! The material inside instantly turned the liquid into a solid so no mess or spillage. Had to buy more as I never want to be without one.

I have purchased this item in the past and find it handy to keep in the car as it can come in handy when travelling long distances, or when stuck in a traffic jam. There is no spillage as the interaction causes a change to a gel. Each travel John will accommodate 1 litre of urine

Very good product to keep in the car for emergencies for the whole family. Peace of mind recently when travelling and some places closed their public WC facilities or limited access to them due to COVID.
