I’ve bought this a few times now and it’s become something I always like to have on hand. It’s very helpful when I’m struggling with migraines. I still need to take painkillers, but using these cooling gel sheets alongside definitely helps ease the discomfort and seems to help the headache go away faster. The cooling effect is really soothing without being too intense. They’re also gentle on the skin, easy to apply, and stay in place well. from a migraine sufferer these are great. they’re no magic fix but they do provide some much needed relief. it doesn’t take the pain away but it doesn make it more manageable. it helps me fall asleep and gives me more of a chance to sleep the migrane odd as much as possible. they’re very cold! they stick on the forehead well but the more you take them off the less they stick. if you’re led down when you use them it’s nothing to worry about they still work the same! they will dry out after a day or so and fit the forehead perfectly

I always make sure I have Kool ‘n’ Soothe Migraine Cooling Strips at home and never like to run out. They are a great product to have for myself or any family member who needs some cooling relief. They provide a long-lasting cooling sensation, are easy to use, and feel very soothing during a migraine or headache. A useful item to keep at home for those times when you need quick and comfortable relief.

It definitely does what it claims to do, just don't expect miracles. Cools down a painful forehead considerably. It has a very odd smell which does put me off using it at times, but usually worth it for the effect.

Excellent value for money. Love to keep these in the fridge. Really great for easing away a headache.

I'm prone to migraines and headaches and boy do these help, immediately feel the relief, they have a way of relaxing you and keeping you cool without feeling invasive. Once you have one on you quickly forget it is there.

I don't know HOW it works, but it does offer relief. I won't ever be without a handful of these.
