Q: How can it be cleaned inside? Does it fold flat? Thank you

Although not totally designed as a collapsable item it does go fairly flat. I personally use it for camping and have all utensils, equipment and plates etc specifically for that purpose. As a result, on my return from 'the big outdoors', I empty the contents and give everything a good wash and clean the inside of the bag before repacking it and storing away ready for the next trip. The inside is designed to be cleaned out. I use a damp cloth wipe it throughout then leave it upside down for a couple of days to make supe-sure that it is really dry. I love this bit of kit and would not be without it. It holds everything need (I take everything including the collapsable kitchen sink). A recommended buy from me.

The cooler which sits in the middle can be removed but the two internal dividers are fixed at each side. The side compartments easily take a 28cm pot.

Q: how big is the cool bag and is it big enough to put stuff in to last 2 nights of camping? how long do items stay frozen for?

The cool bag is about 25cm square. I would not use it for keeping stuff froze. The reason is that the bag has no proper top on it. It will keep stuff cool but not frozen for long. Buy a proper cool box instead with room for cooling elements.
