ValupakGlucosamine &Chondroitin 400/100mg 90 Capsules

Bought these for my dog to help his joints. I didn't realise they were capsules, but I simply open them and add to his food. I give him the Budwig mixture of cottage cheese and cold pressed linseed oil ( also known as flax) and with this combo I add the glucosamine powder and give it to him before his kibble. Once a day. I add some aloe Vera juice His quality dried wheat free food, he has regained his health and his movements. A Few months ago he could hardly get up and we were all exceedingly worried. Now people are surprised when I say he is 9.5 years old, he looks so young and healthy. His skin improved ( he had dandruff) and is glossy and he is well in himself, not quite a bouncy puppy but so very much better. Quite miraculous really. Needs the linseed oil if your dog or a person for that matter, is really bad. Hope this helps someone out there. Buy fresh cold pressed linseed oil, keep in fridge. Two heaped tbsp cottage cheese to 1-2 tsp linseed oil plus 1-2 capsules of this supplement.

superb product!Very good quality (esp that is capsules not tablets/pills) for low price (under £5). Quality/price ratio wise - one of the best products on the market!Its my 3rd or 4th purchase for myself (and I'm constantly buying it for my parents too). Once I finish it I'm usually fine for a while (couple of months - half an year). Then my knees give me reminder and I buy it again:)Last time I was clean of glucosamine for nearly a year. But once I pushed my squats to the limits (without straps) I badly damaged my knee. For two months I couldn't do any squats or deadlifts. But now I'm back to these exercises again - thanks to this amazing product!As long as they keep competitive price I will come back to them again

I buy this Glucosamin and Chondroitin for my large dog who supports a lot of weight on his joints.We give him one capsule a day and it has kept any joint problems at bay, so we are using as a preventative instead of as a cure.He is now 8 Years old and he acts just like a puppy jumping around and playing so he is not suffering from any discomfort so we can say that this supplement is helping towards that.There does not appear to be any side effects at all in him.

I like it for my mother and me.

The thing with Glucosamine food supplements is that you can't really tell if they are working unless you stop taking them and see the difference, which I am not prepared to do as it builds over time. There doesn't seem to be any 'drop off' in performance with the other more expensive make I had from another well known company that sold your vitamins online, so I will continue to get these.

After putting up with terrible wrist and arm pain for about 3 months, I spent absolutely ages searching the different variants of Glucosamine and Chondroitin.I opted for these for two reasons- the first was the low price and second was that I already use valupak Hair and Nails which are great.After just three days of taking two of these per day I really noticed a big difference, so would highly recommend these.

It appears to work for me. I'm quite conscious that having run out of it, and while waiting for a new order to arrive, I'm experiencing joint and hip aches I've not had in a while. I take 2 capsules with milk each morning. I first bought it on Save & Subscribe, but it seems to have been taken off it. I hope it will return!
