I haven't had smooth peanut butter before. I bought this and arrived with the lid slightly open. It's looks very watery is that normal?

Hello, this "watery" looking is normally the peanut oil. But i am not able to give you any more information because of "lid slightly open" sorry.

Is it best to to store in the fridge or cupboard?

Cupboard would be best. Cupboard should be cool. not too close to a heater.In a fridge it will probably make the product go hard.
