you need to make sure it's not sat on your best table, it must be placed on a protective ...
Feels a bit cheap and nasty..you need to make sure it's not sat on your best table, it must be placed on a protective surface as the burning can are not sat on the tray below the chafing dish as it looks in the picture, but goes through a hole that actually sits on your table.With the enormous amount of heat that is generated from the burning cans, you could find yourself ruining your table or any surface it was placed upon.. A handle on the base which holds the water wouldn't go a miss either, to make it a little safer to transport the water to and from the unit, be it hot or cold water.. All in all I would not reccomend this item..And if anyone gives this item 5 stars then they have never really touched a good chaffing dish before. This one looks the part in the picture, but trust me save up and get a better one especially if you do entertaining on a big scale and needs something robust. I guess if you were going to use this item for the odd get together now and then it would be OK , but just remember to protect your table.
